Brief & quotation
Drawing, sizes, finish, quantity and destination port. We return a specification-led quotation within 24 hours.

Drawing & sampling
Shop drawings, edge profiles and a physical sample are approved before production starts.

Production & inspection
Sawing, finishing and three recorded inspection gates. Photographs are shared before packing.

Packing & shipment
Fumigated crates, loading plan, container seal and a document set sent ahead of the vessel.

What is your minimum order?
One 20 ft container for standard production runs. Sample and trial orders can be discussed when the specification is clear.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Within 24 hours for a complete brief: drawing or sizes, finish, quantity and destination port.
Can you cut to my drawing?
Yes. Cut-to-size work is quoted with a stated tolerance, typically ±1 mm on dimension and ±0.5 mm on thickness.
Do you supply test reports?
Density, absorption, compressive and flexural strength reports are issued per order on request.
Which finishes can you produce?
Polished, honed, flamed, brushed, sandblasted, bush-hammered, split-face and natural cleft.
