—FAQ
Sourcing questions, answered.
The practical points buyers ask before a first order. Anything missing can be answered with your drawing.
01Ordering & pricing
What is your minimum order?
One 20 ft container for standard production. Trial orders and sample panels can be discussed when the specification is complete.
How is the price built?
From material grade, dimensions, thickness, finish, edge work, packing and quantity. We do not publish a unit price because those inputs change the cost materially.
How fast is a quotation?
Within 24 hours for a complete brief: drawing or sizes, finish, quantity and destination port.
Which currencies and terms do you quote?
USD, EUR or RMB, typically FOB Qingdao. CIF and door-to-port terms can be quoted on request.
02Technical
What tolerances can you hold?
±1 mm on dimension and ±0.5 mm on thickness for cut-to-size work. Tighter tolerances are quoted case by case.
Which finishes are available?
Polished, honed, flamed, brushed, sandblasted, bush-hammered, split-face and natural cleft.
Do you supply test reports?
Density, water absorption, compressive and flexural strength reports are issued per order on request.
Can you match an existing stone?
Send a photograph and, if possible, a sample. We will confirm whether a current grade is a realistic match before quoting.
03Samples, packing & shipping
Can I get a sample?
Yes. 100 × 100 mm swatches are sent by courier; courier cost is credited against the first production order.
How do you pack for sea freight?
Fumigated crates with foam interleaving, reinforced corners, strapping and a written loading plan. Photographs are shared before sealing.
Which ports do you ship from?
Qingdao is standard. Tianjin and Shanghai are available depending on the destination and schedule.
Do you handle documents?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and conformity documentation are prepared for each shipment.
