Gate 1 — Material
Colour and vein consistency against the approved sample; fissures, cracks and contamination rejected.
—Factory & quality control
Production is a sequence of checkpoints, not a single final inspection. Each stage has acceptance criteria and a record you can review before the vessel sails.
01Factory & quality control
Blocks are inspected for colour consistency, fissures and soundness before they enter the yard.
Diamond wire and gang saws cut to slab thickness; slabs are numbered and tracked against the order.
Cut-to-size, profiling, edge work and drilling are completed from the approved shop drawing.
Polished, honed, flamed, brushed, sandblasted, bush-hammered or split-face, applied to the approved sample.
Three gates: slab selection, finished dimensions and surface, then packing and loading.
Fumigated crates, foam interleaving and reinforced corners, loaded to a written container plan.

02Factory & quality control
Colour and vein consistency against the approved sample; fissures, cracks and contamination rejected.
Length, width, thickness, diagonal, edge profile and finish checked piece by piece on cut-to-size work.
Crate condition, foam protection, weights, labelling and container loading verified before sealing.
